Lisbon, Portugal September 2019. The art, architecture and vibrancy of the city inspired a kind of abstract take on my surroundings. The hard light, direct and unforgiving, painted everything as a kind of high contrast image. It felt like it was always either high noon or midnight with the occasional `soft` golden hour thrown in as a respite. The city is both old and new; keep walking and eventually you`ll step back in time as the infrastructure starts to become more rustic and authentic, the modern coffee outlets give way traditional `Fado` music and you find yourself having to carefully navigate tighter alleys, steeper inclines with less tourists. Lisboa is a visual treat.
